So my lovely friends. Conflict. We cannot escape it. It appears to us whether we like it or not. We need to keep our friends alive. Very alive. So. Here are some initiatives. 

1. We all lose our heads and explode. Best idea at this point. Back away

2. Don't go biting them. They will bite you. Nor go poking. Unless you're that sadistic and enjoy getting a rise out of them. Not recommended.

3. Get your sanity together so you don't kill them

4. Now, be patient. And yes, be goddamn patient and wait. They need their heads and so do you. Play games, knit, music or what have you.

5. Get your shit together and figure out if you did something. If you didn't; congratulations, if you did? Well I'm sorry you need to shut up and fess' up.

6. Solve it. figure out who actually did the shit and take care of it.

7. If you've really messed up and they cut you off; dude thats on you. If they messed up? You figure out if you want to keep them or not. If it's worth the interest.

Well that's just some ways. A basic alternative way. However, this is a basis of a generalized conflict. We're not done yet.
